Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud-native architectures have emerged as transformative technologies that enable organizations to accelerate digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and foster continuous innovation. A qualitative research methodology based on systematic literature review and conceptual synthesis is employed. Findings indicate that integrating autonomous agents with machine learning and contextual intelligence significantly enhances enterprise adaptability, operational intelligence, and strategic decision-making capabilities in complex digital ecosystems

However, successful implementation requires organizational readiness, skilled personnel, governance mechanisms, ethical AI practices, and continuous cybersecurity management. The study concludes that integrated intelligent enterprise architectures represent the future of sustainable digital business transformation across diverse industrial sectors.
