Abstract

Autonomous Cloud Intelligence represents a paradigm shift in enterprise computing where cloud systems evolve from being manually managed infrastructures to self-governing, self-optimizing, and self-healing digital ecosystems. With the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced observability frameworks, modern enterprises are transitioning toward adaptive cloud environments capable of real-time decision-making and automated operational remediation. This research explores the architecture and operational principles of autonomous cloud intelligence, emphasizing its role in enterprise operations, workload optimization, security enforcement, and system resilience. Self-healing mechanisms leverage predictive analytics and anomaly detection to proactively identify system failures and automatically initiate corrective actions without human intervention. Adaptive intelligence further enhances system performance by dynamically reallocating computational resources based on workload patterns and business priorities. The study also examines challenges such as complexity, data governance, security risks, and algorithmic bias. Furthermore, it highlights the potential of autonomous cloud ecosystems in enabling continuous service availability, reducing operational costs, and improving scalability. The findings suggest that autonomous cloud intelligence is a foundational component for next-generation digital enterprises seeking operational excellence, resilience, and intelligent automation across distributed cloud-native environments.
