Author Responsibilities

By submitting a manuscript to IRJIE, authors confirm that:

  • The work does not violate copyright laws or ethical publishing standards.

Actions in Cases of Plagiarism

If plagiarism is detected during the review process:

  • The manuscript may be rejected without further consideration.
  • Authors may be requested to provide clarification or revisions.
  • Serious cases may result in suspension of future submissions.

If plagiarism is discovered after publication:

  • The article may be corrected, withdrawn, or retracted.
  • A formal notice may be published on the journal website.
  • Indexing services and databases may be notified when necessary.
  • Future submissions from the responsible authors may be subject to additional scrutiny.

Retraction Policy

Retraction is a mechanism for correcting the scholarly record and informing readers about publications containing seriously flawed or unethical content.

IRJIE may retract a published article for reasons including:

  • Proven plagiarism.
  • Data fabrication or falsification.
  • Duplicate or redundant publication.
  • Unethical research practices.
  • Significant errors that invalidate the findings.

Retraction Procedure

When concerns are raised regarding a published article:

  4. A decision is made based on the available evidence and publication ethics guidelines.

If retraction is warranted:

  • The article will remain accessible as part of the scholarly record.
  • The article will be clearly marked as "Retracted."
  • A retraction notice explaining the reason for the retraction will be published.
  • Electronic databases and indexing services may be informed of the retraction.
