To protect the rights and interests of both the authors and the publisher, the International Research Journal of Innovative Engineering (IRJIE) requires an exclusive publishing license that clearly defines the rights granted to the journal and the rights retained by the authors. The corresponding author is required to grant this license to IRJIE on behalf of all co-authors.

Upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication, IRJIE is granted the right:

  • To publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and store the manuscript.
  • To translate the manuscript into other languages.
  • To create adaptations, reprints, summaries, extracts, and abstracts of the manuscript.
  • To create derivative works based on the manuscript.
  • To include electronic links from the manuscript to third-party materials.
  • To authorize third parties to undertake any or all of the above activities.
  • To initiate legal proceedings in the copyright holder's name and on behalf of the author(s) if a third party is believed to be infringing or likely to infringe the copyright associated with the manuscript.

Permissions for Authors

Authors are permitted to use their published articles for non-commercial purposes without obtaining prior permission from IRJIE. For commercial use, prior notification and approval may be required.

Authors retain the right to:

  • Share a PDF version of their article with fellow researchers for educational and scholarly purposes.
  • Make a reasonable number of copies for personal or non-commercial use, including teaching activities.
  • Republish part or all of the article in a book or other publication edited by the author, excluding multiple contributions within the same publication.
  • Use illustrations, figures, tables, and research data in future scholarly works.
  • Include the article in course packs or educational materials within their institution, provided no commercial fee is charged for access.
  • Use the work for further research, academic presentations, seminars, and conferences.
  • Reuse all or part of the published manuscript in other non-commercial works, provided the original publication in IRJIE is appropriately acknowledged through a citation or note.
  • Use their own material in future publications, provided that IRJIE is recognized as the original source of publication and the journal is notified in writing in advance.

All articles published in IRJIE are distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).

Under this license, anyone is permitted to copy, distribute, transmit, adapt, and build upon the published work, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the original source of publication is properly acknowledged.

This license promotes the widest possible dissemination and reuse of published research while ensuring that authors receive proper attribution for their work.
