The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud-native computing, and intelligent automation has fundamentally transformed enterprise analytics by enabling organizations to derive actionable insights from large-scale business data while improving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Despite these advancements, enterprises continue to face challenges related to data governance, algorithmic bias, model transparency, regulatory compliance, security, and scalability. Traditional analytics platforms often lack explainability, adaptive automation, and responsible AI governance, limiting their ability to support trustworthy and sustainable digital transformation.

This paper proposes a Responsible AI-based Enterprise Analytics Framework that integrates cloud-native infrastructure, intelligent automation, and ethical AI principles to develop secure, scalable, transparent, and adaptive enterprise analytics systems. The proposed framework combines Responsible AI, Explainable AI (XAI), Machine Learning, Generative AI, cloud-native microservices, Kubernetes orchestration, DevSecOps, MLOps, and enterprise governance mechanisms into a unified analytics architecture. Intelligent automation continuously monitors enterprise data pipelines, optimizes analytical workflows, automates decision support, detects anomalies, and provides explainable recommendations while maintaining fairness, accountability, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Cloud-native infrastructure enables elastic resource allocation, containerized deployment, continuous integration, and high availability across distributed enterprise environments. The framework also incorporates data governance, AI lifecycle management, security monitoring, and model explainability to improve stakeholder trust and enterprise resilience. Comparative analysis demonstrates that the proposed architecture enhances analytical accuracy, operational scalability, automation efficiency, governance compliance, and business agility while reducing infrastructure complexity and manual intervention. The proposed framework provides organizations with a comprehensive roadmap for implementing responsible, intelligent, and cloud-native enterprise analytics capable of supporting sustainable digital transformation and future AI-driven business innovation.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology that enables organizations to modernize enterprise engineering practices while strengthening cloud-native digital transformation and cyber resilience. The increasing complexity of enterprise systems, rapid cloud adoption, and growing cybersecurity threats require organizations to adopt intelligent frameworks capable of supporting automation, scalability, adaptability, and continuous protection. AI-powered enterprise engineering integrates machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, cloud-native architectures, and cybersecurity mechanisms to improve business performance and operational resilience. Cloud-native technologies such as microservices, containers, Kubernetes orchestration, and serverless computing provide flexible and scalable infrastructures, while AI enhances decision-making through real-time analytics and autonomous operations. Simultaneously, cyber resilience frameworks utilize AI-driven threat detection, anomaly identification, automated incident response, and predictive risk assessment to protect enterprise assets from sophisticated cyberattacks. This study proposes an integrated enterprise engineering framework that combines AI, cloud-native computing, and cybersecurity into a unified architecture for digital transformation. The research methodology adopts a design science approach supported by enterprise architecture modeling, simulation, comparative analysis, and cybersecurity evaluation. The proposed framework demonstrates improvements in scalability, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and cyber resilience while reducing operational costs and security risks. The study contributes to the development of intelligent enterprise systems capable of supporting sustainable digital transformation in dynamic and increasingly complex business environments

The rapid evolution of digital technologies has transformed enterprise ecosystems into highly interconnected environments driven by cloud computing, microservices, artificial intelligence, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). APIs serve as the backbone of modern digital enterprises by enabling seamless communication between applications, services, and business partners. However, the increasing complexity of cloud-native architectures has introduced challenges related to scalability, performance, security, and operational efficiency. This study explores the transformative role of machine learning-powered API intelligence and autonomous cloud engineering in enhancing enterprise digital ecosystems. Machine learning enables intelligent API management through predictive analytics, anomaly detection, traffic optimization, automated decision-making, and real-time performance monitoring. Autonomous cloud engineering complements these capabilities by leveraging artificial intelligence to automate infrastructure provisioning, resource optimization, workload management, incident response, and continuous system maintenance. Together, these technologies improve operational resilience, accelerate digital innovation, reduce manual intervention, and optimize cloud resource utilization. The research adopts a qualitative methodology based on an extensive review of scholarly literature, industry reports, and cloud computing frameworks to analyze current technological developments and implementation strategies. The findings indicate that integrating machine learning with intelligent API management and autonomous cloud operations enables enterprises to build adaptive, scalable, secure, and data-driven digital ecosystems capable of supporting sustainable business growth and continuous digital transformation in increasingly dynamic technological environments
