Explainable Deep Learning (XDL) has emerged as a transformative approach in financial market prediction and investment decision-making, addressing the limitations of traditional black-box AI models. Financial markets are highly volatile, nonlinear, and influenced by complex macroeconomic, behavioral, and structural factors, making prediction inherently challenging. While deep learning models such as LSTM, CNN, and Transformer architectures have demonstrated strong predictive capabilities, their lack of interpretability restricts adoption in regulated financial environments

This study explores explainable deep learning techniques applied to stock price forecasting, risk assessment, portfolio optimization, and algorithmic trading strategies. It focuses on methods such as SHAP (Shapley Additive Explanations), LIME (Local Interpretable Model-Agnostic Explanations), attention mechanisms, and hybrid neuro-symbolic systems that enhance transparency in model decision-making

The research highlights how explainability bridges the gap between predictive accuracy and regulatory compliance, enabling financial analysts and investors to trust AI-driven insights. Furthermore, it discusses challenges such as data noise, market non-stationarity, and model overfitting. The study concludes that integrating explainability into deep learning frameworks significantly improves usability in real-world financial applications, promoting responsible AI adoption in investment analysis and decision-support systems

Cloud-native enterprise applications have emerged as a cornerstone of digital transformation by enabling organizations to build scalable, resilient, and highly efficient software systems. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into cloud-native development has further enhanced software quality through intelligent testing, automated defect detection, predictive maintenance, and performance optimization. Traditional software testing and optimization approaches often struggle to manage the increasing complexity of distributed microservices, containerized applications, and dynamic cloud environments. This research proposes an AI-driven framework for testing and performance optimization of cloud-native enterprise applications that combines machine learning, intelligent automation, cloud orchestration, and continuous monitoring within a unified architecture. The proposed framework automates test generation, defect prediction, anomaly detection, workload forecasting, resource allocation, and application tuning while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. A design science research methodology supported by quantitative performance evaluation is adopted to validate the effectiveness of the framework using metrics including testing accuracy, defect detection rate, response time, throughput, resource utilization, application availability, latency, and deployment efficiency. Experimental analysis demonstrates that AI-driven testing significantly reduces software defects, accelerates release cycles, improves cloud resource utilization, and enhances application performance under varying workloads. The proposed framework supports continuous integration and continuous deployment environments while enabling enterprises to achieve reliable, intelligent, and optimized cloud-native software systems that facilitate sustainable digital transformation and operational excellence
