Abstract

Natural Language Processing (NLP) has emerged as a transformative technology in the development of automated intelligent customer support service platforms. Modern organizations increasingly rely on NLP-based systems such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational agents to provide efficient, scalable, and personalized customer support services. These intelligent systems utilize machine learning, deep learning, and linguistic analysis techniques to understand, interpret, and respond to human language in real time. NLP models enable automated platforms to perform tasks such as intent recognition, sentiment analysis, language translation, query classification, and context-aware conversation management. The integration of cloud computing, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence further enhances the performance and scalability of customer support systems. NLP-driven platforms significantly reduce operational costs, improve response speed, increase customer satisfaction, and provide 24/7 service availability. Advanced transformer-based models such as BERT, GPT, and sequence-to-sequence architectures have improved conversational accuracy and contextual understanding in customer interactions. However, challenges including data privacy, language ambiguity, model bias, multilingual complexity, and high computational requirements continue to affect system performance and reliability. This study examines NLP models, architectures, literature contributions, research methodologies, advantages, and limitations associated with automated intelligent customer support service platforms in modern digital environments.
